Last week our MD, Tom Peace attended the IMA Europe Summit in London and presented with Charlie Hills on how the loyalty sector is changing rapidly.
Tom and Charlie looked at 6 key trends that are creating new opportunities for members of the Incentive Marketing Association. They discussed how todays loyalty programme managers need to find solutions for instant gratification, promotions, gamification, unique experiences, CSR and third party value. All with the focus of creating emotional connection with the member.
