Reminder to read about Future Platforms partnership with Virgin Active and their new approach to customer loyalty
This case study explores Future Platforms collaboration with Virgin Active in designing and developing their new global mobile app which focuses on a innovative customer loyalty program.
Cameron Day Managing Partner of Future Platforms says "It was wonderful to work on a digital experience with loyalty embedded into its heart and a genuine desire to deliver best in class assistance to its members on their fitness and wellness journeys, above and beyond the conventional fitness chain digital offering"
The app offers features to assist members to maximise their membership whether working out in the gym or elsewhere, through the app's online classes . In addition to the new loyalty programme Future Platforms collaborated with new providers of membership management services to ensure that they deliver a terrific experience for key journeys like class booking, introducing a friend, and finding a new trainer. The app has become the focal point for driving a larger digital change within Virgin Active.
After a successful introduction in South Africa, the new experience will soon be made available in another 8 global markets.
This is a truly innovative and highly personalised experience for Virgin Active members. A true first in the fitness industry.
