We first of all discuss the challenge created by the cost of living crisis and how many grocers have used member pricing to provide customers great value. We also talk about how member pricing also helps with declining penetration of programme usage...but has been challenged by the media and in the UK, government agencies as being unfair.

 

We then look at how grocers are utilising Generative AI to create bespoke content targeted at customers likes and Predictive AI to understand customers needs and deliver highly relevant offers. Grocers have been doing this very successfully for many years and we look at how they have been so successful.
