In her most recent position, Nicki has applied her brand and loyalty programme expertise to the world of luxury fashion, heading up Ralph Lauren’s strategic global loyalty initiative. Previously, she was Head of Loyalty at DAZN, developing a membership programme for their global subscriber base, engaging the passion of fans across a range of sports.
